Angels Booster Club, 35 Years of Support

	Hello Angel Boosters . . . Our last meeting was very interesting. Our speaker was Ned Bergert, the Angels Head Athletic Trainer. He gave us a 'run-down' on what it takes to keep our Angel players in good operating condition: including strength & conditioning, stretching, throwing, wind sprints, and diet. It was great to hear how he helps the players stay 'in shape' and injury free in order to do the great job we want them to do. Thanks Ned, we really enjoyed having you at our meeting and your answering all our questions.
The Santa Ana Elks Lodge #794 (Christine Moreno-Young) has invited any Angel Boosters who will not be at the Opening Game on April 4th to attend an event at their club. The event is called "Angel Home Opener Night". They offer 3 large screen TV's, food, full bar and friendly people. Anyone who is interested please contact the Elks lodge directly for the costs and reservations. Rancho Cucamonga Quakes contributions will be collected at our General Meetings by Leslie Bergman and Sammi Griffiths, at the welcome table. Anyone who wants to help our minor league players, please bring whatever you're willing to give. Sammi & Leslie can give you suggestions also. Carol McCourry will still be collecting aluminum can pull-tabs for Ronald McDonald House at our General Meetings, including our next meeting, which will be our "Wear your Angel Red" meeting. Anyone who wears their Red Angels gear to the meeting will receive a ticket for a special raffle. We will have Alex Allper from the Angels Promotion department speaking and go over all our promotion procedures at this meeting. Let's show our spirit and let everyone know who we are: the greatest Angel fans alive!
